Just started making my own wine and Cider a few years back. it was missing something and this seems to be a big part of what it was missing. This gives your brew a little mouth bite, and that traditional wine mouth feel. A little bit in your brew helps.

I make quite a bit of homemade wine and needed an alternative to the bag type packing that occasionally got wet due to my negligence so I tried the bottle instead. The quality of my wine has been fine despite the change in brand. Ads that extra character/taste I like my wines to have.
