Good hair product. I did quite a bit of research into which product to buy, but decided to give this one a go for my first time hair Masque. Left this on for around 30mins with a wrap. My hair is between a 2c and 3a/3b.My hair has been smelling great now for around 3 days.I decided not to put any products in my hair after washing out, just to see how it keeps. And it’s going alright. It didn’t completely take away frizz and dryness, but has added to my hair in some way. I will carry on using and see how it goes. Hair feels super soft compared to other time’s when washing. So it has definitely added to my hair in some way or another!Thanks!

This has played a huge part in transforming my hair in such a short space of time. I start off with this product every hair care routine I do as it gives me that moisture that I need to then go onto using the other products. I mix it with several oils to give it that extra moisture it needs.I have been leaving this in my hair for half a day and after I find he'd the rest of my routine I feel the difference which I have tested to see if it made a difference if I didn't use this product Inc. the oils I mix in.The smell is very natural and the product is light as is the rest of the lines products.This will run out way before my conditioner and shampoo as I use it more than the other products but I am happy to repurchase as the product is working for me.The product is so good it's motivated me even more to ensure I'm looking after my hair as other products were just ruining my hair even further.This line of products has started to restore my hair to what it once was. My hair is definitely showing the difference these products make.I cannot rave about this line enough to friends and family!!!!If you want strong, silky soft and glowing hair look no further.Please note: I have not been paid to do this review nor have I been sent any items free.

So I bought this not even considering that the product could be a counterfeit, read some reviews and noticed them mentioning the product colour is different and it didn’t perform as wellI think there’s been a misunderstanding as SM have this masque in a different formula, which is a yellow colour and says it’s for damaged, transitioning hair. This product seems to be a different formula, because it’s for dry, damaged hairOn the SM website there is a Shea butter masque which is white and says it’s for dry, damaged or transitioning hair, so it looks as if there are about three different versions. I can’t say with confidence this product is fake, it just might be a different formula. Also, people have said that the product left their hair dry, but it does say on the tub ‘for additional nutrients and moisture, Extra Virgin Olive Oil may be added to Masque.’ I was going to return the product because I got scared thinking it will damage my sensitive scalp and 4C hair if it’s a fake, instead I’ll keep it, use with the olive oil and see which results I getI wouldn’t say don’t purchase, just be mindful this is the version of the product you actually want

A really good hair mask. Great for deep conditioning my curly hair.

I have dry hair so I decided to buy this masque to see if it would help, I don't remember quite well the result since I've used it awhile ago. But I think that it didn't do that much. When I was removing it from my hair in the shower it kinda made my hair feel dry. I remember I wanted to finish it so I could buy another masque because it wasn't working. I don't know if this product would work best with it's respective line though. When it comes to the smell it has a quite strong scent from the sea kelp.

Very thick consistency due to Shea butter in it. My 4c hair LOVES this product. I have low to normal porosity and have left it on approx. 1-3 hours and hair is very moisture. You may need to run under hot water when you first Get it to get a more creamy consistency to make it easier to apply

I love this treatmemt sooo much. Only been usin for 2months. Workinh magic for my transitioning hair. At first ot felt dry n tangled my hair. Bt then i detangled my hair with shampoo befre applying and its super fine.

My jar of deep treatment masque was pretty runny and did not do very much for my hair. In fact my 3c/4a hair is now rather dry and oddly squeaky clean ...... I was wondering if something was wrong with my product as other reviewers noted how thick the product was and they had difficulty applying it.I have now tried it a second time after a wash with bentonite clay followed by an apple cider vinegar rinse. This time I read the fine print about adding extra virgin olive oil. The moisture levels are FANTASTIC!
