This is the third set of double hand pumps that we have bought from Simplehuman although the previous two came from a high street retailer. We think that these dispensers are very good quality in both appearance and operation and the stainless steel appearance allows them to be used regardless of the decoration in the bathroom. The choice of hook or plain blanking piece for each pump unit is a nice touch.I have always been wary of appliances that are fixed to a wall by 'glue' however, the adhesive supplied with this product is excellent and has maintained them on our ceramic tiled wall even when both pumps are full, and avoided any unsightly wall drilling's.In use we have found that the pumps have two potential 'weak' points. The first is that depending on where they are mounted in the shower area, it is possible to knock them and unmount them from their base causing them to fall to the floor with catastrophic results. We solved this by placing a small screw (or large headed nail), into the mounting hole after fitting the pump to the base thus preventing them from lifting out. The screw is not on view and can be easily removed if the pump is required to be taken down for cleaning.The second problem is that the pump handle (being plastic), can fracture in use after a period of time especially if the user is 'heavy handed' though in practice we have found that the most popular pump in our bathroom (shampoo), lasts between three to four years.All in all a very good product and we would certainly purchase further examples from this range.

Quality product. Note you need to screw to the wall, don't use adhesive/pads as once full of soap/shampoo the weight will pull it down eventually if not straight away. Best solution for removing dozens of bottles from shower and easily topped up. Swiftly delivered thanks

So glad we got these. First purchased some cheaper dispensers that felt just that, cheap. These are much better and look really stylish. The dispensers hold slightly over a standard bottle of shampoo, conditioner or body wash so as it runs low you can refill.We’ve screwed into the wall as we have textured tiles so didn’t trust it to stick otherwise. Another reason for going with simple human is if we ever do need to replace I think it’ll be easy to get parts or replace the whole unit and fit with the same screw holes.The t-bar lever feels really sturdy and works really well. Doesn’t drip. You dispense as much produce as you like depending how far you pull the lever. Soooo much better than having a load of bottles.Has a functional hook on one side for a razor, or to hang a scrunchie. I’ve bought an extra hook from simple human directly for the other side for £1.99 so we have a hook each.I think they look really classy, it feels like we’re in a fancy hotel and really added that extra touch to our renovated bathroom. Love them.

We installed ours with screws after reading they can fall off the wall. So easy to use and dispense just the right amount each time. Hoping they last for years to come…..

Happy with this. Adhesive didn’t really work on my wavy tiles so used screws instead. Only suggestion for this item is that the bottle description engraving (soap, shampoo, conditioner) is in tiny font the same color as the bottle. This will make it hard for guests to see what is in each bottle.

We stayed in an Airbnb that had this exact brand of soap dispenser.My little boy with autism struggles with normal soap pump dispensers, and we always have to help him. On that holiday he managed to use it without any help at all.The first thing I did when we got home was search the brand name and the next day he had his own dispenser. I have a very happy boy now.It is really good quality!We didn't want to have to drill through the tiles, and with the sticky back there was no need. It came with a lint free alcohol wipe to make sure the surface was fully grease free too.I was slightly concerned about the weight of the soap with the adhesive pad, but we let it cure for 24 hours before attaching the bottle part, and it feels really secure. It has held up perfectly so far. I would definitely recommend this!

Nice product but I’ve of the pumps stopped working so need to replace them

I have this one in the shower and a single one by the sink for hand soap.Dead easy and straightforward to use and the little sticky foam bit helps prevent water ingress to the screws holding it up.Very well designed and works great 👍
