Everything arrived except the blue box with the ear drops yet all 3 products say delivered and the delivery was just 10 minutes ago. How can i contact

I don’t, know but all I can say is I would never use it again ,I threw it away. The smell is awful I could smell my cat when she was in the room and It made her ears worse.... personally don’t use it !!!!
