Hi. It depends on your purpose. They have very different sounds so having a chime bar enables you to use different sounds for different purposes and for mindfulness of different tones. The chime bar I feel is easier if using whilst being carried. Held close to the ear, you can hear the vibrations of sound long after the initial sound seems to have faded - nice for bringing curiosity to the nature of sound.

What musical note (roughly) does the Solo Zenergy Chime play?

Really sorry - I don't know as I bought the 3 bar chime set which has a beautiful tone .

Orange wood...

Had to send this back as although it sounded ok the wood looked cheap and shiny. I have bought this chime before (though not from Amazon) and it was gorgeous. A big difference.

Beautiful sound from this lovely well made chime. I would agree with another review about the chime being off-set from the wood mounting block but i don't think this affects the working of the item. 10/10

Meditation chimes

Received these chimes today. They have a lovely pitch and sound very similar to ones I've had before. They are perfect for what I need them for.I only gave them 4 stars as they don't appear to be as sturdy as my previous ones
