Chipped on arrival. Light weight
The coating is chipped on arrival before use. Feel very light weight and "cheap" compared with my old battered but robust one. I doubt if it will last as long as my old one. Send it back and continue to use my old one.

I bought this paddle just a month ago and only used 2 times!!This is the second time I used and I hand washed it both timeAnd it is already chipped and the paint probably went to my cake batter and now I can’t really sever the cake! :(

Replacement Fit Well
My Kitchenaid mixer gets a lot of use and the coating on the beater was chipping off. This replacement fit well, but did need quite a bit of wiggling to get it off. Glad I got it.

I bought an older ‘professional’ Kitchenaid mixer from a girlfriend after have the smaller, more popular tilt model. I ordered a bunch of accessories and quickly found they didn’t fit. YOU NEED THE SERIAL # of YOUR MODEL, DO YOUR RESEARCH, AND ORDER THE RIGHT ACCESSORIES or it could get very expensive in returns.This was PERFECT as a generic replacement. My original was steel and not dishwasher friendly. This one is and it fits my mixer perfectly and i through it in the dishwasher. Lucky me! TiVo’s so worth it to do your research and find the right piece like this one!! It’s worth every minute. You will be so happy! I know I sure am!!
