Excellent Tea at a very reasonable cost
Not the best Darjeeling, but at this price it cannot be bettered. To get the very best Darjeeling will cost you twice this much. This is, in our opinion, is an excellent every day tea.

I'm hooked on this now.
The first time I tried this, I used the recommended 1 tsp in a mug of warm almond milk. It was a bit overwhelming and gritty, so the second time I made sure it was a flat/level teaspoon (and not a heaping teaspoon), and it was much nicer. The third time I added it to the almond milk when I was heating it in the saucepan, and stirred it with a whisk. I also added just a drop of maple syrup (less than half a teaspoon). For me, that did the trick. Now I'm hooked on this as both a morning and evening drink. I tried another brand (that came in sachets) which tasted absolutely disgusting and artificial. This Vahdam powder tastes WAY better and is way more value for money. I will definitely buy more.

Fresh, clean, rich taste - but avoid the dregs!
Great taste, bright, clean and rich in hot milk - a real "feel-good" product.Take care not to drain the mug/cup - disappointingly large amount of "sludge" at the bottom!

Comforting drink
The media could not be loaded. I like the zip lock bag although it can get messy when you are nearing to the bottom and have only few spoons left.It has a beautiful colour and great taste. Nice quality.I know the whole matcha ceremony prep and the utensils used but I usually go very modern way slaughtering the beautiful tradition and zen - I put a teaspoon in with hot water and cold coconut milk and spoon of honey and blend in vitamix for a few seconds so itโs nice and frothy.Creating matcha cappuccino style.

Shocked how good it is.
I got this using hubby's prime account, I'm actually surprised I didn't get a telling off for spending so much on tea. But saying that I'm sure he will be so pleased to know that this was actually a very good buy.I have been an avid herbal tea drinker for years. Ginger is one of my usual but twinnings and the rest of them don't seem to hit you the same way as freshly boiled ginger tea does. But in order to get the true benefits you have to boil it on the hob for quite some time.I use a persian recipe with tumeric and cinnamon and the thing has to simmer for 30 minutes. So I wait a very long time for my 150ml of tea ๐. But I like it so much I do it anyway.Having become so sick of this process and wanting to drink my ginger and tumeric tea more often through out the day, I decided I would try this fancy fancy tea. After reading the reviews I was convinced this could be a decent tea and the fact that Oprah has it, well how could I not try it! I will be honest I didn't hold a lot of high hopes for IT, as at the end of the day it's dried down ginger and dried tumeric. But it has pleasantly surprised me, to the point that I will not be returning to twinnings and their fancy cheap offers at the supermarket. The ginger has a nice kick and the tumeric comes out. I'm pretty sure there will be no hope left for my teeth to ever be white, as I'll be drinking this regularly along side my morning black coffee! The packaging made it decadent and knowing that it was harvested in November this year made me know for sure how fresh it was.I don't give reviews as a regular thing but I honestly felt like this deserved it!I did add a tsp of buckwheat honey into mine but I regretted it straight after as it took away the taste of the ginger. And it's got a natural sweetness already. This will become a regular tea for me, I will now have to arrange my finances to suit my new fancy tea lifestyle. But joking aside it is something that's worth it. And I really want to try the rose black tea blend one but I'm going to hold myself back and finish at least a box in my tea cupboard before I go crazy shopping.

Very grainy and far too sweet
I made this as per the directions but it was not nice at all, far too sweet and had a grainy/powdery texture. I threw the whole thing away

Better than I thought
Excellent so far, tastes ok too...

Too much plastic packing
It is nice loose leaf green tea but the amount of packaging is way over the top. Just a bag of leaves in one box would suffice.
