Stylish premium cordless phone - worth the money
After almost a decade of the iPhone, why do most cordless landline phones still look like bricks? Of course you could spend £20-30 and get a basic cordless phone that works fine. But I wanted something that works well and looks like something you might want to have on your mantelpiece. The Panasonic was perfect. Recommended by Which? as a Best Buy it's slightly pricier than most but it's great compact design, stylish look and super simple menus make it an absolute pleasure. The phone took about 10 seconds to set-up and everything is really intuitive through the simple menus. Even the power adopter has been miniaturised. It feels comfortable and light to hold but equally solidly built. The cradle it sits in has a small footprint but feels sturdy. A quality bit of kit and worth the money.

Looks good & easy to use, but ultimately doesn’t have the feeling of a premium product
No issues with features or in use. The base is very lightweight almost to the point the attached cables can pull it over if placed on a shelf etc. Product is to lightweight/ plasticky to be considered premium.

Disappointing
Simple to use and set up. Buttons are flimsy and the control buttons (up/down/speaker etc.) are very small.Overall, I think this phone is too expensive. Also the sound isn't geat.I was expecting a premium phone at this price for one handset, but it’s far from premium.

Worth Every Penny.
This is a great phone. There’s been a few reviews that it’s too complicated! There is a fair amount of button pushing to set it up but nothing I would call complicated and once you’ve stored all your numbers away you go. Love the answer machine being part of the handset, which makes the whole unit unobtrusive. Very good quality sound for both the caller and yourself, this can be easily adjusted. The display is very easy to read and on incoming calls it rings and also says the number or person if you have them stored, nice feature. The handset is light and comfortable to hold so no problems on those long calls. I would recommend this to anyone.

Not a Premium Phone and is Quiet
I have to agree with the negative reviews.(I am 38 years old with good hearing)I have a lot of Panasonic items including 2 house phones from 10 or 11 years ago which still work great.I bought this phone for work to replace a crackly BT phone but I will be better off keeping the old phone.I ignored the other reviews as I thought the issues might of been due to user error. The ring is noticeable quieter but I could live with it, although I would worry I'd miss a call due to it.I adjusted all the volumes to maximum in the settings which is very simple to do but unfortunately The call quality is very bad and I could barely hear the person down the line. The Menus also take a long time to load peoples phone numbers which I was surprised considering my 10 year old Panasonic doesn't have this issue. The White back of the phone I predict will get very dirty and will suffer from yellowing in future.Closer inspection of the Phone itself I don't think of it as a premium phone at all and not worth anything over £40 if was fully working.

Good phone // the only reason why I gave it ...
Good phone // the only reason why I gave it 4 stars and not five, is because it turns the screen to black (dim) after a few seconds that the phone is inactive whereas it would have been more useful if the screen showed the time and battery indicator lit throughout.

Quality and simplicity
Very pleased with this product. The sound quality is excellent, design very pleasing and it is easy to set and use. I would strongly recommend. In fact, buying and extended set for brother as a Christmas present!

Volume is uselessly low from the built-in speaker
By far not the cheapest phone on the market. Ignored the reviews thinking people were being too fussy...Sadly, truth bites. The ringer volume I could live with .... but the earpiece speaker make it virtually impossible to hear the callers voice, unless I put it on loud-speaker. I don't want every call to need to be performed in this way. Wake-up Panasonic and listen to the feedback!
