I find that the 2xl fits me like my other 2xl shirts so I'd buy the pullover shirt size you usually wear.

Are these 'slim fit'? Are black or white colors 100% cotton?

These appear to be more slim fit than regular. I can't answer about the white color, but the black are 100% cotton; however, they are thinner in weight than I expected.

these came with tags. when I bought them in the past they didn't I prefer tag less. which ones are tag-less?

Only the ones marked "tagless" are without tags - the other ones have them.
