Good mullet egg .
Nice taste no ti strong no to mild..good for starter or bruschetta..on the pasta is not to stroong.

Baffe in condizioni pietose. Vergogna!
Asciutta al punto da sbriciolarsi se tagliata a lamelle. Colore tendente al nero, forse per eccesso di stagionatura o peggio di una produzione di più anni. Sapore amaro senza la dolcezza tipica della bottarga di muggine. Neanche la pellicina si riesce a togliere per quanto è secca di cabras ha il confezionamento ma si sa che di muggine locale è rimasta poca roba. Ma in queste condizioni non ne avevo mai trovato... errore mio a cambiare fornitore di Amazon. Anche grattugiata è pessima. 50 euro buttati!

bottarga in baffe eccellente
Venditore assai consigliato. Qualità molto buona sapore dolce e non "forte". Ottimo il confezionamento sottovuoto. Consegnato all'estero con un giorno di anticipo.

Gut, aber Untergewicht (ca. 230 statt 250 Gramm)
Sehr gutes Produkt aus dem Herzen der sardischen Bottarga-Herstellung. Allerdings wäre es nett, wenn beim Kauf von 250 Gramm nicht fünf Stück mit zusammen 242 Gramm in fünf einzelnen Folienverpackungen geliefert würden, per Saldo also lediglich ca. 230 Gramm netto. Bei einem Naturprodukt wie Bottarga wird man das angebotene Gewicht zwar kaum grammgenau treffen, aber dieses Untergewicht bei diesem Preis ist zu groß.
