I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte drink mixes but haven’t found one I like as much as LiquidIV until now. I love that it fizzes when you add it to your water because it helps it dilute way better than shaking or stirring does. And this lemon flavor tastes great.its light and not too sweet and doesn’t taste chemically or artificial. I drink one a day because the medication I’m on makes me susceptible to dehydration. I can’t wait to try the other flavors.

I had purchased this a couple of months ago but wanted to use it a few times before writing a review. I was looking for a new supplement to put in my hydration pack while running and stumbled across this on Amazon. I was a little hesitant because the description said it was "sparkling". I didn't want to be sucking down a soda while running. The sparkling and fizz actually makes it even more refreshing when I'm running in the Texas heat and humidity, just mix and freeze half your pack and add the other half in the morning. The lemon flavor is also super yummy, way better than LMNT. Only wish it had more calories since I'm using it as a running supplement, but overall it's a wonderful product. Will definitely buy again!

This flavor is so good! It’s like a fizzy lemonade with a lot less sugar. It completely dissolves so you won’t have annoying clumps at the bottom of your water bottle. It’s very convenient since they’re in individual packets for on the go. I throw them in my car, gym bag, wallet, lunch box. I feel more hydrated with just one packet in water in the morning. I love the lemon flavor in the morning! Also find these reasonably priced compared to other options on the market

I don't love but I also dont hate it. it is quite fizzy when you initially pour it into a water bottle so watch out for any spills but the fizziness reduces as you drink it. it's not the best tasting electrolyte mix but it's not the worse. doesn't taste sweet or salty. the passionfruit flavor comes through slightly. unsure if I would repurchase

I’ve been using Liquid I.V for workout and found out this product has half amount of sugar so decided to give it a try. The package was really convenient and easy to open and the flavor is on point and I love it!It’s not too sweet not too tart and perfectly balanced lemonade flavor. For those who like it sweet, you can add slightly less water and make it more intense flavor. I always feel well hydrated after taking this and take the packet whenever I go to workout or hiking.

I like the flavor, it I a nice lemony flavor, not overwhelming or too sweet. I drink it a couple times a day ro keep hydrated. Sometimes with a meal. Gotta drink, so might as well taste good.

As a long time customer of Hydralyte - specifically because their low sugar content in their electrolytes...I was excited to taste the new Shay Mitchell flavor claiming even less sugar than previous flavors. WOW - couldn't be more impressed. All of the natural flavor whilst not giving in anything to the remarkable rehydration qualities that is the hallmark of the Hydralyte name.Im conscious of sugar content (as we all should be) in everything I consume so great to see Hydralyte responding to customer preference. Hands down - the best Electrolyte on the market!
