Must-have
Really solid Jiu-jitsu book. Really good photos and a massive list of techniques. I've already used a few techniques while sparring and caught some people out. Highly recommended for Gi and No-Gi grapplers.

Excellent.
A bit pricey for a book but it's good value as the material is expertly written.

good book, old school jits
This book has a definitive flavour, an old school jits that works for vale tudo and is still relevent today. there's no spider guard or other modern sporting techniques just basic throws, passes, sweeps and subs that work and will always work. I used to train with an instructor who had spent a few years living in brazil and a lot of his techniques are shown in this book - it's a bit different than gracie JJ. maybe it's the alliance style? i like it, whatever it is.
