Bought this for my mother as she is getting obsessed with sourdough. She has used it ever since she got it. The razor works well. It’s had pretty consistent results with the dough.

All the products in this bundle have been great! the bowl scraper and bench scraper are awesome but I specifically picked this set because it came with the Danish dough whisk. I only used it 3 times to bring my ingredients together and it broke. I pulled it out of the dough and the metal whisk piece was left in the dough. It seems like good quality but I guess was not properly made or secured.

This exceeding my expectations by far! I'm new to making sourdough but finally at the point where I'm making it enough to need more than just my hands and glass bowls. For the price I paid and the amount of things that came in this I figured the quality would be mediocre. I was very wrong! Not only are the items visually stunning; they are so durable and sturdy and you can tell are very good quality. They also are bigger than I thought they'd be. I made the best two loaves of sourdough yet the first time I used everything. You won't find a better sourdough kit for this price.I also never make reviews but when I saw that this was a smaller company based in America I had to hype them up. Thank you for making me feel more comfortable in my sourdough journey.
