Arrived very quickly, excellent price. Bought for a trip to Finland. Tried a pair previous to trip and found them very comfortable and warm. Lovely color combination. Very pleased with my purchase.

I'm a size 5 and bought the size M (I don't think there is any choice!) and they fit perfectly. They are proper 'crew' socks in that they come up to mid-calf, and there are no seams on the toes which make them perfect for hiking. I wore them for a full day (including a 6 mile walk) to test them out, and they were comfortable throughout. They also did not bobble at all, even though my boots are quite snug.I was wearing them with thermal hiking boots and the temperature was about 10C and I wouldn't say that they were mega warm. In fact if the temperature dropped to near freezing, I would look at wearing a different pair. That is the first reason I have dropped a star.The second reason is that the description says 70% Merino wool. However on the packaging it just says 70% Wool, which makes me suspicious that it isn't Merino. Surely Merino wool is the biggest selling point of these socks and you would want it splashed all over the product? However, for the money, I think they are decent value and would buy them again.

These are not as thick as I had hoped for winter but they are quality socks and I really like them.

I bought these for my own (male) feet. All my previous merino running socks were wearing out, and I wanted some comfy and warm socks that weren't too thick to replace them, and something that ideally didn't cost $20-30 per pair. At $32.99 for a pack of 5 pairs, these are a pretty good deal.Today I tried them for a 45 minute walk/run in -15C. These are not only a visual treat, but they were like a warm embrace for my feet, keeping them comfy and toasty the entire time. They're also the perfect length for pulling over your tights (sorry to all those "socks-inside-the-tights" folks who might be reading this) to help keep your ankles warm and dry too. My old holey pairs weren't long enough to do this trick.For the most part, the pack I chose is somewhat gender-neutral. The baby blue stripes shown in the photo are maybe leaning toward the feminine side a little more than the others in the pack. But the stripes are such a beautiful shade of blue that matched my shoes and hoody perfectly! I'm probably not helping my case.In any case, definitely recommend for any girls (or boys) looking for socks like this.

These socks are amazing! I bought them for a trip to Vermont and they kept my feet warm and comfy in single digit temperatures.I did follow the recommendation to not dry them in the dryer. I washed them around 6pm and they were dry by 5:30am the next day so I was very pleased that they air dried so quickly.For the price these are excellent quality and I am tempted to get more in a different color.

I love these socks! They are warm AND SO SOFT! At first they are a bit tight, but soon modify to fit my foot.
