Where can you get the sandals from this kit?

Look up gladiator sandals for men on Amazon for a couple of choices, however I made my own with the bases of some old flip flops and cardboard ‘straps’ wrapped in black duct tape

I am 5'7" with a 31" waist and 37" will the small fit better or the medium?
