Q: how to connect dome-tube to phonak 03/15

I purchased these closed domes for Phonak hearing aids with in-ear speakers. I don’t know if they will fit hearing aids with on-ear speakers connected to the ear canal by a sound tube. To fit to my in-ear speakers, the dome has a central hollow ‘post’ which pushes over the speaker unit. Sorry I can’t help. Andy
