It works well and I recommend it.
I have arthritis. For the sides of the neck it's wonderful. Not so easy to reach the back of the neck.I paid £12 for mine elsewhere, and overall I thought it good value at that price. And although it's not perfect, for what Amazon are asking, it's a 5 star bargain.I strongly recommend it.

Doesn’t work well
I’d seen a similar device advertised and decided to try it for my neck pain. It’s awkward to use, stiff and the rollers just don’t massage the muscles in a way that’s helpful. Poor value for money.
