Excellent book for practicing Yoga exercises.
Very much enjoyed the study and practice of the examples portrayed in this book.

Not as expected
As a senior open heart surgery patient, I was looking for general fitness yoga routines (for flexibility and strength) to incorporate between cardio days and resistance training days. This book is ok, but has mostly targeted exercises for things such as stress, cancer, lung disease, headaches, bone disease, menopause, etc. I suppose most of the exercises could still meet my goals, but the way they are organized in the book makes it a little more difficult to find the type of exercises I want.

Good Book
This is a good book to help you if you are trying to get into shape and need help with the yoga poses which can be challenging. It is a good book I recommend if you want to try yoga as part of your health regimen.

Very basic information!
If you've never heard of or never tried yoga. This book would be a very gentle intro to the topic. Cartoons of the first five basic poses are given for reference. Again, this is a very basic book.

Not useful
I wanted some yoga directions, not pages of lifestyle advice. Nor do I care about your personal wellness journey. If you’re searching for concise yoga, keep looking.

Great Book
I appreciated this book's incorporation of personal anecdotes and their connection to various yoga exercises suitable for beginners. It's an accessible read, brimming with helpful advice.

Poorly illustrated
Not worth the money - explains what Yoga is about but not any instruction on how to do it - pictures are skewed - the cover definitely does not reflect the contents!
