Yoga and Qigong with Mimi Kuo-Deemer

I was lucky enough to go to Mimi's classes when I worked in Camden, and really miss them now. But this is the next best thing! Now I can join in with her classes at home. She is without doubt one of the best teachers I've ever had the good fortune to come across as she has such a thoughtful and spiritual approach. This fusion of yoga and Qigong is like a moving meditation. The way that each pose flows smoothly into the next is like a beautiful dance. I shall be following along to this DVD for many years to come.

This was my first time following a yoga routine by Mimi. I am not a hard core yoga practitioner; I try to do it once a week but am not well-versed in it by any means. I found this dvd very approachable for someone at my level. Mimi's instruction is well cued and her calm, warm personality made this an enjoyable experience. The Qi Gong added a nice dimension to it.

Having attended a weekend with Mimi, not having experienced her style of teaching before. I was very impressed. So ordered this DVD and it really has not disappointed. I have had it for about a month and find it very true to the person I met in class and really informative. Love it.

I would have expected this to be a commerical grade product and play on any DVD. I thought I ordered a format that would play in the USA but this DVD will only play on my PC. I love Mimi Kuo-Deemer but this product is very poor as it will not play on universal DVD plays here in the USA.If you make this product that will play on US DVD players, I would gladly exchange - at your cost of course...

A lovely practice incorporating qigong into a well-rounded yoga practice. Accompanied by Mimi's wonderful clear and sincere instructions. Suitable for newer as well as experienced practitioners.i'd definitely recommend.

CD was damaged on arrival; on opening it there was a large scratch on it and would not play. I did not get the chance to view CD and cannot make an opinion on how masterful it was or was not. I had to return this CD and purchase totally different one.

Beautiful, useful, and enjoyable, as expected. Full of contents, and yet simple, for real improvements. Thanks Mimi.

I love this lady, clear calm and concise instructions, her other Qigong DVD is also good
