Do they fit to size or a bit smaller or larger ?

I’m size 7- ordered 7 and fit me perfectly. Just waiting to try it out in the summer before rating.

Can you wear them on normal roads as there's hole at the bottom can anything stab you through it or any insect go in from the bottom as there is hole

Light sole on them large stones if stepped on would be sore, no holes in them!

Do they have inner soles? If yes are they laid in loose, glued in, or sewn in?

They do have an inner sole and are not glues or sewn, they can be easily removed
