This book is a joy to read, colourful and full of great information. It describes the qualities of each of the individual Aura-soma essences which is really helpful when trying to choose the combination that may work best for you. I know the colours are the key to choosing but it is really helpful knowing more.I am only learning about using Aura-soma and I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to use them, it could save you lots of money in the long run, helping you to choose what's good for you or someone you are working with.

A well written, beautifully illustrated introduction to Aura Soma. If you are interested in this topic this is an essential read and well worth every penny spent. Aura Soma has its roots in the kabbalah, colour and plant and mineral essences, emphasising the links between all spiritual discplines and how by delving into one area we are opened up to others. This book is one that will always have a prominent place on my bookshelf and one I would always recommend.

I bought this updated version of The Aura-Soma Sourcebook as my old copy had fallen apart after many years of use as a resource book. To my delight it is completely revamped with beautiful pictures and lots more detailed insights into the energy these bottles carry.

Has some good information but not up to date and some of the photos are a stretch to associate with the actual bottles they're supposed to pertain to.

I bought this book as a gift, but it is so beautiful and comprehensive it was hard to part with it! I think that it should please anyone interested in Aura-Soma. It is very good quality and clearly set out.

Great reference book for anyone interested in Aura Soma.As Aura Soma develops new bottles and colours all the time, this book is probably the most up to date version you can find.

I needed more information on the Aura-Soma colour combinations, and also colours in general, and this book is proving to be a valuable resource.
