I use one of these (recommended by my chiropractor) for neck support for sleeping. It provides perfect support as a bridge between shoulders and head.I use the other one as a lumbar support in my recliner, always maintaining that lumbar curvature. It's the perfect size and cushion for that too.

Best value cylinder pillows I could find that work for ergonomic side sleeping. Just place one under your waist and in between your knees to keep everything straight.Fluffs up easily and compresses but regains its thickness quickly.

These pillows are nice and soft. I use them for neck support, lumbar support, arm resting and knee support.They're not too hard or too soft.Great little pillows. I wish they had removable cases.

I had already purchased (from local merchants) and returned bolster pillows and inserts at least 3 times. They were always too squishy and the sizes were never quite right. These are EXACTLY as described, nice and firm without being hard and fit perfectly into the pillow covers I purchased for them.

These cylinder shaped pillows are great for side sleepers holding one at the chest and the other one between the thighs / knees. I wish they came with a removable cover. The seem to close the fill is not sealed for a clean look. But it does the job.

These are smaller and Not as plump as I had hoped for. I wanted them to rest my arm on while I sleep because of a rotator cuff issue but these are too soft and squish down too much with any pressure. They also aren't that long. Might be okayfor a decorative pillow as they look fine just not that functional as a pillow.

Comfortable. Use these every day.

We use these instead of pillows in bed. My neck prefers them. This set is fuller and firmer than my last ones I got at Joann’s, but they’re breaking in nicely. Also, I recommend these for people with eye problems who are not supposed to put pressure on their eyes while sleeping. With a bolster it’s easier to get your face to hang off the pillow edge so you don’t squish your eye.
