Amazon BasicsDaily Facial Cleanser For Gentle Skin, Unscented, 16 Fl Oz (Pack of 1)

I’ve used a gentle daily formula cleanser from several more expensive brands. I like this just as well. I was searching for one of the more expensive brands on Amazon when I saw this one. I decided to give it a try, and I’m happy I did.

I am one of millions of unfortunate people who are allergic to topical GLYCERIN— it is very, very hard to find skin soap and other products that do not contain it. This is an excellent facial cleanser and moisturizer, without glycerin, that is so effective. I used to use Cetaphil, for probably 20 years, until they added glycerin a few years ago. This product is actually BETTER THAN CETAPHIL in a number of ways: it cleanses better, leaves my skin more moisturized, keeps my skin moisturized longer. Please, please, Amazon—- do not ever add glycerin to this excellent product!!!

It is basically the same as cetaphil for cheaper. I have ultra sensitive skin, so I would know immediately.One complaint is that the push nozzle at the top... doesn't twist release properly. So I had to take the top from one of my original cetaphil bottles and screw it onto this one (luckily they're exactly the same). This happened twice already, so looks like there's some manufacturing defect.

I ordered this face wash thinking that it was going to work well and I was sadly mistaken. This face wash does not lather at all and it leaves a residue on the skin as well. I tried to wash my face with it three times in a row, and my skin still did not feel clean. I will never buy this product again and Amazon should stop selling it. I complained to customer service immediately and got my money back.

This product doesn’t make my face feel clean and refreshed. I use differin daily refreshing cleanser for 4years and since I’m on my last bottle and I cannot find it in my area or on Amazon anymore. I decided to start looking for a new daily face cleanser. I tried this one and it doesn’t make my face feel clean or fresh. I was disappointed because I read some good reviews about it on here. I’m now using it as a hand soap.This is my opinion. I’m not bashing the product because it might be good for others. I will also say that if you have very sensitive skin it might work for you because it kind of reminds me of the unscented Aveeno baby wash I used to use for my granddaughter.
