Q: Is this stand easy to disassemble?? Plan on using it for art shows so i need something that is also easy to disassemble

Yes, it is super easy to assemble so I imagine it would be easy to take apart. The only “tasks would be to keep up with the screws.

Q: How many inches are the feet adjustable?

I don’t believe the feet are adjustable.

Q: Will this rust when exposed to rain?

Mine was on my porch all summer. It's covered, but it does get rained on. Also, I used a hose to water my plants. It didn't rust.
