I have tried many different products for dry skin and this is by far the best lotion I have used. The scent is a bit odd but it fades almost immediately. This lotion leaves my skin soft and well moisturized.

I routinely use Amlactin lotion for the exfoliating effects. This is the first time I bought the cream. It's thick but spreads easily and absorbs well. My minor issue is that the smell is almost like a spice of some sort, which is distracting. This doesn't affect its effectiveness, but I'd be less likely to use it if I didn't live alone.

I love how this makes my skin look and feel but it has a funky smell. I squirted some scented lotion in and mixed it up-problem solved. A few drops of scented oil would work too. I use it at bed time so the smell doesn’t really bother me one way or another. It rubs in great-not greasy at all. Very thick and hydrating.

What I love:This has visibly changed my skin within a few days. The skin on my arms was bump and crepey. After just 4 days of use- my skin is smooth and glowing.What I don’t love:The lotion is sticky. I put it on in the evening after showering and a few hours prior to going to bed so that I don’t stick to the sheets. As other users have mentioned- there is a smell. It’s similar to fenugreek. It’s not overpowering but I don’t like it.Even though this lotion is sticky- I will continue using it. The results are amazing.

Disappointed didn’t help my crepe skin at all. I used day and night until the jar was empty giving it a fair shake. I really wanted it to work. I reviewed all the comments online comparing crepe creams this was ranked to be one of the best. It’s very thick hard to spread around. Has a slight off putting smell. Once on feels sticky. I would not buy again.

The media could not be loaded. The AmLactin comes in a large container so you get your money's worth. Goes on smooth and definitely feels thick and hydrating. It's a great value for what you pay for. I do agree that the smell is a little off... starts off smelling creamy, then almost like a perm when applied. A few sprays of my go to perfume fixed it right up!

As I'm approaching my 50s I've noticed my skin getting thinner and the beginnings of crepey-ness 🙁Lactic acid was recommended by many to help with moisture content and collagen building in the skin so I bought some regular Amlactin lotion a while ago. It smelled so bad that I found it unusable.This product popped up during the Black Friday sale and I decided to give it another go as they had updated their formulas.Also, this contains 15% lactic acid, which is the percentage recommended for anti aging purposes and is stronger than most other moisturizers.What can I say - love at the first application.There is ZERO SCENT! The texture is rich but absorbs well without sticky residue. My keratosis pilaris on the back of my arms is basically gone - we're talking smooth, even toned skin - and my skin feels very hydrated.I apply it right out of the shower onto slightly damp skin.No big improvement on the crepey skin yet but I've only been using it for about 2 weeks so it's too soon to tell. But I'll keep going as this is my new favorite body moisturizer.I highly recommend this product 🌟

Honestly this is probably the best lotion that I have tried and I have tried them all!! I have very dry skin with crepiness, and it really does help. However, the scent is very off-putting so I just sprayed one squirt of my perfume in it and mixed it up. Voila! Layering and great moisturizing all in one!
