What's the difference, besides the price, between the two of each of the sizes?

Sizes are not standardized and with these I find the small is medium and medium is large even though they give medium measurement

Do they use discreet packaging?

No it was not discreet. It was in my mailbox, no envelope or external packaging. Just a clear package of underwear w/ label stuck on. Showing size in giant letters and obviously colors. I’m disgusted by this lack of discretion or privacy.

The large size is a 36-38 inch waist.

Are these 100% cotton?

Only the solid colors are 100% cotton. The stripes are 25% polyester.

A quality cotton brief, with low cost, adequate manly support, great waistband! All these ideal featuresare offered with these great F.O.T.L. Briefs! Cost is just over £4 per pair, excellent for this quality, compared to many other brands! I suffer E.D.(Erectile Dysfunction), with no erects, no ejac’s, so support is not an issue for my micro manhood! I decided to buy these, as two good friends regularly wear them. Pleased I bought, friends confirm they wash well!

Top line in pants

These are excellent. I usually buy them in the States but I haven’t been able to go there for a while. I usually buy them one size smaller than my size. They fir very comfortably. These are long lasting garments.
