The media could not be loaded. We had really high hopes for this diffuser. We followed instructions (which are not that difficult by the way) down to the button but it doesn’t seem to be working. Unlike all the other video reviews we’ve seen here, ours does not release steam on top & seems to not want to work.. Very sad.*UPDATE 06/07*:Seller contacted us weeks later to try and resolve the problem and sent us a new diffuser. As soon as we tested it, full steam came out! Works perfectly! Guess the original we got was just damaged. Thank you for the replacement! Very happy with the diffuser

The media could not be loaded. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I like this product for the look, and for the price. I like how it can change colors. Quality:It’s a little more flimsy then others that I have bought but for the price and changing light display and good mist output it’s great in my opinion.

Generally worked well but I’ve had it for less than a year and it has stopped working. It’s easier to feel like you got your moneys worth when it’s this inexpensive to begin with, but still lacking in longevity.

It's a lamp and it's a diffuser.I love that there are many color options, but my favorite is a regular warm temperature lamp.I got this fancy fragrance oil with a smell like a Las Vegas Hotel.I find that only one button is tricky, but the USB cable is very convenient.It's quiet, easy in use, and clean.It only lasts for a few hours due to its size, but it's super cheap and worth its price.Because it's small, the water evaporates fast, so auto shut off is beyond helpful.

Little, but mighty. PERFECT for a small area such as an office. Will NOT be affective if you want to scent an entire room

Nice diffuser with potential and nice ambience lighting. It does what it needs to: small diffuser with choices of light that are a good edition, small water capacity, quiet noise level (not too loud but the level of an air purifier) and love its small portable size.Now the downside of this. It is not for large rooms as the aroma (depending on which oils that you use) doesn’t expand as it should in a larger room setting. This is designed for smaller rooms. Other than that, it works well for the price.

This diffuser works great. It is small and doesn’t stay on long due to the water amount. Other than that, it is a great product! I love the shape!
