❄️ Stay cool, perform cooler — the future of thermal pads is here!
Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet is an ultra-thin (0.2 mm) graphene thermal pad with exceptional 12 W/mK thermal conductivity, designed as a clean, durable alternative to thermal paste. Made in Sweden, it offers consistent high performance and fits a variety of CPUs, GPUs, and gaming consoles like PS4, PS5, and Xbox.

No need to buy thermal paste now
From my perspective, this is more or less a thermal paste replacement; after applying, at idle, my temperatures are more or less the same as when I was using thermal paste.Under load, it's hard to say as I can't remember the rough temps on paste but things are generally hovering around 60-70c depending on the workload which for me, is usually gaming with the occasional rendering workload. That all being said, it'll be nice to not have to disassemble my system every few months for a fresh thermal paste application. It's easy enough to setup, I'd recommend having a pair of tweezers and laying your motherboard on it's side if possible, then placing your cooler on top. If its not possible, I've seen people recommend to apply just a tiny bit of thermal paste to help the pad stick onto your IHS.

Next generation thermal solution for CPUs
I picked up the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet for my AMD Ryzen 9950X3D, and I’m genuinely impressed with the results. This CPU is no slouch, especially under multi-core workloads, and I was looking for a clean, high-performance thermal interface that didn’t involve reapplying paste every few months. The KryoSheet has delivered. After installation, idle temps were stable at around 46C, and load temps hovering around 55C with my AIO cooler. More importantly, sustained loads during gaming and rendering show a noticeable improvement than previous thermal paste products - which is especially important for the 9950X3D’s 3D V-Cache, which can heat up quickly. One word of caution: this pad is thin and very delicate. You will need to handle it with precision! It's also electrically conductive, so make sure it’s perfectly aligned on the IHS to avoid shorts. I recommend doing a dry fit before final placement. For those with a high-end Ryzen CPU like the 9950X3D, the KryoSheet is a solid, mess-free thermal solution—just be ready to install it carefully. However, it's definitely worth the price, and I never have to worry about it drying out for the life of the CPU and cooler.

Would never have believed the results if I did not live them!
I honestly do not understand why these kryosheets are not raved about in tech blogs or heat reduction forum Q & As. I replaced the thermal paste in my razor blade 15 (i9-12900H and RTX 3080 TI) and wow. Went from nearly thermal throtteling on basically (you could cook an egg on this thing) any game to about a 12-15 degree redux and no more thermal throtteling (no more fingers being scorched..lol) on CPU and GPU runs 15-20 degrees cooler. Amazing, simply amazing and I have been building PCs and working on laptops for over 20 years. Well done Grizzly, well done!

Best cooling solution I have found so far for non-liquid cool extreme computing
Purchased two of these for use with my HP Z840 workstation with new XEON E5-2699a V4 CPUs after trying a very high end thermal paste. I received ok results with the paste but under extreme processing loads experienced throttling. After installing these pads I can run these same loads for hours on end without any throttling. Super fragile material so take your time during installation but it is worth your money

Hard to put on, but works well once it finally is properly installed
We used this product to replace thermal paste that we suspected had dried out (turned out it wasn't covering the whole chip very well either). As expected, this pad was very thin and fragile (it cracked once as we tried to install it) but it was hard to put in because nothing was holding it in place as we reattached the CPU cooler over it. Wish they'd made it sticky on one side, since that would have helped a lot. Took about a dozen tries before we got it secured properly, but it seems to have fixed the original overheating problem very well. Recommended with caveats.

works better than paste
works better than paste and I've compared it to all the high end expensive paste. However... these have the consistency of a moth wing so be very gentle in trimming them and putting them in place. have had mine in use with a AIO for 8 months and 0 issues low temps

Extremely hard to install, slips everywhere
Extremely hard to use. First, after unpackaging it tends to crease and curl up.For the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 360 (which is already annoying to install) putting the Cryosheet in was near impossible due to slipping around every time I tried to lower the cooling block on to it. To be fair, part of this was because I had to screw in the brackets with the heatsink on it, so some of it is ARCTIC's fault.I tried using the included silicone oil as an adhesive but it still slipped off the heatsink as soon as it made contact. It was impossible to center. If you're going to be installing any CPU Cooler with a more involved process (like an AIO), just go with thermal paste you're not losing much and slippage isn't a problem as long as you apply enough. They need to engineer some way of sticking the sides to the mobo or heatsink so it doesn't slip around everywhere when screwing the heatsink in.IF you do end up getting it, I would get a sheet larger than the one recommended for your CPU just to mitigate the slipping (it seems like they're all the same price). That way if it's not centered it will still cover the hotspot.
