Can other people hear what you're listening to?

Only if what you are listening to is really loud. These earphones are open so they allow you to hear what's going on around you. They are not for music. They have no music fidelity at all. They are only for voice / communication.

How durable is the cord/wiring? They look very thin and seem like they might break easily.

The cord itself is not that bad, however I think they specifically design these so the wires twist or come loose where they are soldered to the jack at the end of the cord. I purchased my first pair at $149 and wore them about 40 hours a week. They lasted just a little over 6 months when I could only get sound out of one side. They only offer a 90 day warranty which I think speaks volumes about their confidence in their product. I've had to send these back twice for the $49 "Out of Warranty" repair service they offer. What company offers an "Out of Warranty" service unless they know they are making a weak and defective product?

Do they fit any ear size?

Yes, I have difficulty finding comfortably sized ear buds because I have such small ears but these fit great.

Can you hear other sounds while wear this device.

Yes! You can absolutely hear cars, horns etc when using these. The sound on the earphones is not so great for music but the trade-off for safety is well worth it.
