I love this hydro-therapy massager! However, if you love in the USA you will need a 3-Way Shower Arm Diverter so you can connect this device. Also, all the instructions are in Russian language which is my native language so it was easy for us to figure it out.About the product: this hydromassager is very powerful and should be avoided on such areas as eyes, face, and temples. I certainly enjoy using it on my tired feet (I am an RN), legs, arms, and abdominal area. I heard about this product from one of my favorite blogger on youtube and she said it helps her with the cellulite. I think since this massager improves the whole circulation and lymph drainage it is very beneficial if you are an athlete, runner, have sore muscles, and stand on your feet for 12 hours shifts.I am super excited to see how it will effect my overall health and energy level after couple of months but so far I am very impressed.

I've used this shower for over a year and really love it. Keep in mind that this is not a miracle tool, it will not melt your inches or cellulitis away. However, it does tone your body very well as well as gives it a very nice massage. I also use it on my face (you can control water power by moving shower head either closer or further away from the targeted area. The further away your shower head, the stronger massage you get) doing lifting massages. Overall a very great purchase, recommended it to few of my friends.

Best shower massager experience ever! I've used a 19 hole attachment so far, and I love it. It was easy to install or change for a regular shower head if someone doesn't want to use it.It is pricey, but the benefits are huge. I have been using the Alekseev Shower for about 6 months and now cannot imagine my life without it, seriously! It toned skin on my face so I look ten years younger... and all my body just is so much firmer. Massaging helps me with blood circulation in my legs and I am getting much less tired and more energized when going to work. It is like going to gym and exercising for an hour, that is how much I feel invigorated! The body needs to get used to it so you will need to take it slow and steadily increase the water pressure over period of a month. Now I am used to it and it feels as comfortable as my old shower, but, I will never return to my old shower as nothing else compares to Alekseev Shower. It even beats the professional spa hydro-massage procedures which can easily cost $99 - 200 for each session and for $149 I can have it for a lifetime at my home where all my family can also enjoy it! It also makes air filled with ions just like at Niagra falls!Overall I can highly recommend it for anyone who is health conscious and wants to get benefits of better blood circulation, muscle toning and relaxation.

What you must know however is that this is not intended to replace your current shower head, but to be used in conjunction with a regular shower head. So for most effective use you should also consider purchasing a diverter which gives you two outlets that you can switch between by a small lever. Something like this... If you do not already have a handshower this will enable you to continue using your fixed shower head and to also attach a handshower.The Alekseev Shower is all plastic and comes with a pre-installed 19 hole "screen" as well as two other screens... a 13 hole screen when your water pressure is less than 44psi and a 61 hole screen if you find the 19 hole screen to be intolerable at first.There are a couple reasons why this shower head is so effective: it delivers a tremondous "needle" type water flow that invigorates your skin and massages your muscles. If you've never experienced this type of shower, it will definitely take some getting used to. You have to learn how to use this or you could literally hurt yourself. So don't overdo it at first and be sure to read the directions as to its proper use.I first tried the pre-installed 19 hole screen but found it too forceful. Once I switched to the 61 hole screen, I was more able to get used to the water force.Another benefit of this shower head is that it creates ionized air similar to the way a waterfall generates ionized air. This is not simply gimmicky sales talk... ionized air will actually energize you.You do have to use some caution in using the 19 hole screen as it can really hurt if you direct the flow towards sensitive parts of your body. So use it gingerly at first, get used to it and you will eventually be able to use it for longer periods of time.Another use of this is as an in bath jacuzzi. I was not able to test that aspect of this because my handshower hose is not long enough.This is quite the experience. It is invigorating and does provide therapeutic benefits.
