I have to start with saying I don’t really leave that many reviews. However, this orange card is so delicious that I had to say something about it. I love orange curd shortcake. Just like strawberry, but I use orange curtain instead. An absolute must try delicious

This is a lot of rich tasting orange curd.

Great orange flavor but is very rich . I used it for pastry filling (not recommended all by itself). Also used it for orange cheesecake. Outstanding in cheesecake.I recommend knowing what you plan to use it for before buying.

Bitter

This stuff really has a bitter undertone. Not artificial - it tastes like real oranges but like they added some rind.I love lemon tart and don’t mind plenty of acidity and tartness in a citrus curd, but I do not like bitter orange.After further research, it seems Sicilian oranges are supposed to be like this, so maybe it was just my ignorance.
