A headache KILLA!! A great value, easy to use! Just a good quality item, and if taken the way an old man told me to do when I got to Atlanta, taste won't be an issue. Grab a BC, take a swig of Coca-Cola (or any soda, ir works best with carbonated beverages), and down the entire thing in a chug... and like MAGIC, your headache is gone in moments! It carries well, even in a wallet if you use small baggies...

I suffer from migraines and severe tension headaches and BC powder is the only thing that either gets rid of the pain or at least eases it. It takes less than 30 minutes to kick in and start working. The 50 pack is a great value. I don't go anywhere without it.

Doesn’t taste very good but very easy to swallow especially with a glass of water. Works great for body aches and migraines.

I love this stuff. I have been chewing aspirin for a heart arrhythmia problem for decades. So the taste isn’t a problem for me, although I do prefer chewing a plain aspirin.But as far as lain relief goes, this works great.I am sure it is the added caffeine (so I wouldn’t use this for arrhythmia), but whatever it is - it works.

I get frequent headaches. I bring these everywhere with me. At work, we have a medicine box for employees with several types of headache medications but my coworkers come to me and my powder for headache relief. I dissolve it under my tongue. I have to do it twice for one packet. I haven’t met anyone else that can tolerate the taste but I will do anything for a bad headache. My coworkers follow the directions and down it and chase it with water.

Excellent for migraines and general body pain, doesn't work on pains in the ass people though. I highly recommend Louisville Slugger for those.

I ordered this today as same day delivery last week I bruised my shin bone and been on crutches because my whole leg from knee to toes are severely swollen I was taking Tylenol and Ibuprofen mix the hospital gave me a lidocaine patch didn’t work. This along with lidocaine cream on here worked Miracles 2 hrs later pain still manageable taste is triffling like acid but you’ll be fine drop it on your tongue and chug water fast
