help please. I can't see where the card goes in. The power is connected but box doesn't switch on. My head is spinning !

The card is in the right corner where the words says DB icon Dolby and be careful it is very tricky, I use a small screwdriver to priase open the little door and that's where the card goes in. I use the remote control to switch on or off. There is a button on the left corner where you see words 3D(Icon) that will be the switch button, red off and green on. Or otherwise it might be a fault. Hope this solve the problem!

What channels come with this product

All free view and if you have sky you can use that card to get all other channels it's the same has any sky box ...

No it secondhand box with no warranty sorry

Which remote control would i need for this . I only have an old remote for my original box ?

It will come with it's original remote. The box is not been open. It's brand new.
