I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this product, which is far below the standards expected from Bata. The sole was completely damaged after the very first use. This is unacceptable, and the seller should be banned from supplying such substandard goods. I request that you review the product delivery date and the date I initiated the return for appropriate action. If any one knows how to proceed with replacement pls let me know. The media could not be loaded. I bought the same 2 years back from mall it was super comfortable for my office wearing so reordered it. But this product needs finishing . It's looks shabby on the edges. Rest is same like my last buy. Not replacing it as I have to make quick journey tomorrow. Bought it for 840/- it's better if you get it in 700/- something. A decent buy for me. Sole is super comfy 😍 thanks Bata. Hope you maintain the finishing quality too in your online products as well.
