Don't miss any of the assembly steps.
There's a lot to do before you can use this motor. Lubing the prop is very important!!

Read before purchasing
The instructions are worthless. You will need to watch the YouTube videos customers have produced to get to this to work including adding the gear oil to the prop area which is unmarked. Also purchased the metal prop. That needs to be tapped in place with a rubber mallet after you line up the prop with the fastener. If you are looking for something durable go with a name brand. I wouldn’t go more than 50 feet from shore with this and would keep a paddle handy.

It was more about motor
Inspected very well there was a part broken the shaft wooden for the propeller. It only ran for a minute or so and then it would die so I sent it back.

Manual is hard to understand
The media could not be loaded. I haven't tried starting this yet - I only just unboxed it and tried to read the manual to understand these "break in procedures" that are referenced in the comments. No such procedures exist and the english portion on the manual is ridiculously hard to understand. Looks like they just used Google translate or something. What the heck does this mean: "Please the clean lub cant of the high quality of usage, and recommend the lubricant of using to have no the special additive." This make no sense! Are english speakers so hard to find in China that companies can't hire someone to translate thier manual into something that actually makes sense?Edit: found some online resources to learn what I needed. The outboard comes with no lower unit oil so you have to add some by removing the propeller and cover plate around the shaft. Be sure to grease the shaft and o ring when putting it back together. Once I added gasoline mixed with oild using the provided container (recommended!) it started up and ran good. See video
