I wasn't sure this would work because the scones are mounted directly to the wall but everything turned out great.

These wires are approved under UL component, when you pull the sheath away. The knotted sheath is real easy to catch in stuff and make ugly, so 1 star off for this as it was cumbersome to work with but it is decent wire.

I bought this twisted braid wire for bulb sockets that I bought on Amazon. This wire works great. Having the cloth covering really gives it a vintage style look and feel. Worked great for my project of hanging Edison bulbs from an old ladder over our kitchen island.

This black twisted cord worked perfectly for my pendant light project. The cloth cover makes it a little more of a challenge when stripping wires for connections, but you get used to it soon. The twists don't un-twist too easily, thankfully. You just have to be careful when working with it. The black cloth cover does look good to me also. I used this cord in my pendant light project for my foyer. See photos. The canopy and sockets were from other Amazon sellers. The globes were from IKEA and the bulbs are Feit brand Edison bulbs from Home Depot. This project came together very well, and all parts worked together almost perfectly. What do you think?
