This is just like taking a vitamin I think. It did not gel me as I was hoping.Otherwise, it was packed well and the blisters were all intact. I took 2 boxes of these and stopped. I believe that would be a course if treatment. I really wish it had worked.

I really got 0 benefit from this, even used at 3x the recommended dose. Could be me, could be that the only strudies showing some effect are from Russia. You can buy this from Russia/Ukraine at 1/5th the price, even then I would consider it not worth it.Box came smushed.
