Usable products for bread baking. My one complaint is it would have been nice to have some guidance instructions instead of having to look at utube videos for instructions. Like how to use instrument with the blades. I finally figured it out.

Grateful I found this banneton! It’s really well constructed, with no gaps, even, and great quality, which I’m so happy about, as I had to return two others before I found this one. It’s the same size as my old one, so it works perfectly to divide my recipe and proof one loaf of sourdough in each.
