Nice item, but I have a very short neck, and found it a bit tough, I was expecting a medium-light Shiatsu massage. Functionality is brilliant, it would relieve pain, just not where I needed it. Reasonably priced, easily affordable for lots of people. The heat level was very good,

Bought for my partner who plays football and end up in pain for days.He absolutely loves it especially as it is multi functional. It helps relieve aches, pains and muscle strains meaning his recovery is much quicker.The carry bag means it’s portable as long as there is a plug socket nearby.The only negative is the length of the power lead. we have to use an extension lead or sit in awkward areas of the house.

I got this for a friend of mine who is a Chef who just turned 60 years old as a birthday gift... Him and his wife called me the next day to thank me as the device massaged his back very well and was grateful as that's the first time he got a gift from anyone and guess what it made my day and was worthwhile... I will strongly recommend this product for everyone working extra hours or need massaging without braking the bank.

Received the item, plugged in and worked for 2 seconds went off… didn’t work after that!! Tried different plugs in case it was my side but it wasn’t… shame real shame. Sent back got my money back.

This works really well. Bought for a bad shoulder, but have also used on back pain. I would recommend it.

Feel good BUT it could feel better if it wasn't as clunky.I have found myself not using it as much as I would like to because it feels quite heavy on you and therefore as much as it does feel nice it kind of defeats the purpose of it easing my shoulder.It's actually turning out to be an impulse buy which is just sitting in my cupboard now as my massage gun is my preferred option.It is however a good price for what it is and if its what you are wanting then it definitely works well but just felt too heavy and bulky for me
