Certainly NOT new. Right out of the box, had holes in the top ands the snake logo was partially missing. Buyer beware! Obviously no quality control.

The hat that arrived is exactly as it is pictured. It looks great too. I would have given five stars but the overall fit of the hat doesn't work well for me as the crown of the hat is a little too big. Oh well, if I don't wear it someone else will. Good message that more of us need to stick to.
