Excellent bakers mat. I store it rolled up and it flattens right out again when I need it. It stays in place and I love the measurements on it. My dough does not stick to it so I use less flour making my finished product less dense. Makes my sizing of my dough much more accurate. Good quality and size. Makes clean up a breeze. Would highly recommend.

This silicon mat is a wonderful replacement for my old, heavy dough board! No heavy lifting, trying to figure out how to clean ikt in a sink smaller than the board, or any of that! Just lay it out and do what I need to with my dough, easy clean-up, and worth every penny! Just remember to cut with the appropriate silicon/plastic utensils. And those are an easy clean-up too!

This is a very large silicon mat and it was great with all the measurement markings. My granddaughter and I used it for our first attempt at making croissants. It was very useful!

Just tried out my new silicone baking mat and I’m really happy with it! It fits nicely on my baking sheet and prevents sticking completely, no need for parchment paper. Cleanup is super easy with just a rinse or a quick dishwasher cycle. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it has a slight factory smell out of the package and needed a few washes to fully go away. Other than that, it’s a great addition to my kitchen and makes baking so much easier

I purchased this item for my 15 year old granddaughter who loves baking. She said she really loves this item. She been making pizza dough and pie crust since she received the mat. She said that her dough does not stick like it had been when would roll it out.
