Good product!
Installation went smoothly, The water pipes are not included in box but the person who did the installation did bring the pipes. Initially worried about the water temperature for long showers before purchasing but it does work perfectly for me. Water heats in couple mins when turned on.

Good product, no major issues. The heating efficiency can be improved as the water flow has to be reduced to the bare minimum for it to be usable for showers.
