I am thrilled with this product on all levels. The frame itself is beautiful and since most of it is clear acrylic with a white highlight it goes quite nicely on my wooden desk. It would fit in any part of my apartment. For a person that is technically challenged this is the easiest computer gadget that I have ever used. The frame actually comes with a small instruction manual. Within minutes I was able to download years of pictures with no limitations or extra fees. The quality & color are outstanding. I was so happy with the frame that I sent it to a friend that is also technically challenged because she will also be able to download all of her many pictures with ease.

Gorgeous and works well. Zero complaints. No, the app to upload photos does not require a paid membership to upload photos.

I bought this digital frame for my desk at work. I loved the size because I don't have much space and I liked that it came with an app. Seeing my pictures all day long truly helps me during the busiest of days. The app is easy to use and everything works over wifi. The picture quality is amazing even for such a small screen. You get all of that for such a great price too. Totally worth it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love that the frame is clear and looks great on my desk. Picture quality is good, for this price point. The connection on the back for the power doesn't fit as snug as it should and if frame gets bumped it looses connection.

It started working well; picture quality was fine, uploading pictures was easy etc. Within a couple of months though it got stuck on this one screen. We have been unable to reset or do anything with the frame since. We cannot get hold of the seller and troubleshooting on Amazon gets caught in a loop when the two suggestions don’t work. Not worth the money

I love this frame! My husband and I had a great time going through all our photos to display on it! The app is really simple but I believe you can only add 10 photos at a time with the free version. You can customize the time the photos show and what order you want them, you can also add small videos and have them loop. This makes such a great gift for anyone!

I ordered this for my office and LOVE it. I'm going to order a couple more to keep on hand, they make the perfect gift too!

I bought this frame to go in my office to help promote products that I sell while clients are just sitting there. I have a 10.1 frame at home with our dog all over it and the photos are amazing great quality, color and framework seamlessly.The size seems to be much worse, photo quality, and there’s a blue cast on every photo. Nothing is true to tone. I’m gonna have to return due to that reason. Also, it does turn off regularly even just on the first day of abuse. Bummer.
