Is it freezer safe please?

Well the glass itself is, but if you put water in it then freeze it (or leave it outside in sub-zero weather, the forming ice will burst the glass. I found this out to my cost.

Can you use fizzy water in this bottle?

I haven't tried. The glass itself is strong enough but it depends on the lid, I guess. I love the bottle overall. It feels perfect.

I don’t know, I’ve never put it in the freezer. I have put loads of ice cubes in it which works well. Sorry I can’t answer you ??
