Mislabeled product sent. Poor customer service
I ordered the satin nickel lock and lever set. Item was received. Had handman install the product. Get home and see that he installed one of the locksets and the lever is black (lock was satin nickel, lever was supposed to be as well). I look everything over and confirm that I ordered satin nickel and the box even says satin nickel. I call the handyman and discover that the black lever is what was in the box. I check the other box, which he didn't yet install and that one has a black lever in it as well. I reach out to Yale via email and send them pictures of everything. They pass the buck and tell me to contact Amazon. Just a hassle and poor customer service. So now I go back to Amazon and process a return and will now have to pay to have the handyman remove the lock set and repackage it and take it to the store to return it, then make another trip back again and install the new one. Note to Yale: When a customer goes out of their way to purchase your product, gets the wrong product sent to them (due to your inability to package and/or label it correctly), proactively goes out of their way to send you an email with pictures in hopes we could just change out the lever set (simple solution) and you just pass the buck - that's called bad customer service. Not only does your customer have the hassle of having to order another one, but now returning it and in my case, paying a handyman for their services. I'm also guessing that the two new ones I ordered will have the exact same problem again and I'll have to rinse and repeat. Step up your game, this is ridiculous.

Module missing for Yale lock with wifi
The lock with wifi didnât come with a module. I canât get Amazon or Yale to help me. There is no point to get this lock without the module.Beware of missing parts on Amazon . Yale wonât help me either as said is sold through Amazon.
