Super cute starter kit! Love how it has everything you need. It doesn’t come with a sour dough starter packet. Which is the only thing i had To get separately. Other than that it’s great!

What I like:I like both the date wrap and the temperature strip. This does a lot to help monitor your starter.Glass jar is a good size and feels mostly sturdy. I like the size with the wider opening. It makes the process easier.Overall, this is a solid kit for starting your sour dough journey.Except, What I dont like:The scale isnt very accurate. In multiple tests comparing weights between other scales I own, the included scale here was always lower compared to the others. If they offer a kit, that includes all the items, except the scale I would suggest that over this one.
