We filled it with two ziplock gallon bags of sand in the bottom for weight and some of my kids’ old stuffed animals. Works great in the basement as a stress reliever and a good workout. I used a separate mount that clamps to the basement steel i-beam. Holding up so far, but not used daily/weekly, just on occasion.

It was very easy to assemble. The fabric is amazing it has lasted!! I filled it up with sand at the bottom and bed sheets in the middle. I have not had any issues with the zipper or the sand leaking out. It swings back-and-forth one being punched so far I love the quality everything works amazingly for the price!

The bag is great so far it’s the installation that’s mine numbing. I’m not sure if my brain is slow or my anchor holes to big or the anchor they send are trash idk which one it’s is. They didn’t expand until I got my ratchet out. Aside that some cardboard circles for base, 3 bags of uhual packing peanuts and 10 5 pound sand bags (gallon zip loc) tapped up for filling and you’re ready to go. Very nice looking and quality punching bag again either cheap anchors or my stupidity but a great buy

This is a hanging old school punching bag. This is great for ur work out room or ur garage! Comes with everything u need to hang it, just add sand to the bag and you are ready to get it in! Comes with the hand gloves to protect ur hands when using!

I bought this to hang in my garage. Very durable, good for beginning boxing trainers. Heavy but soft to hit.
