These would not stay stuck to neck, and didn't work.

Skeptical when I'm buying cool patches instead of heat patches but this one actually seems to be doing something and for the price it's really good

They seem to b ok , nice n cold but not very sticky but they do ease the pain a fair bit , I use them ony ankle to reduce swelling and I cut them to size , I also keep them in the fridge to keep them even cooler

These do not stick to your knees if you want them for your knees. They do not stay in place unlike other similar patches. They do not get that cold and do not stay cold. I wont bother again with these patches.
