Works Great and the service is great
I work at a recycling plant and the building can regularly hit over 90 degrees. All we have are fans to help keep us cool as the building can not be air conditioned. I purchased a cheap neck fan at wal mart and it did an ok job of helping to evaporate the sweat on my face and ears but didn't really feel "cool".I watched a youtube video on neckfans and was looking for the best that money could buy and this neck fan got the best rating of the bunch. I decided to give it a shot and I am, foe the most part, very happy with thr purchase.Starting off with the good. It actually does cool. The rear neck area can get very cold and give you a cooling feeling while wearing it. The fans help to push cool air around your neck and face. So unlike a regular neck fan where it just moves air around this thing will actually move cold air around. The difference isn't night and day but it does help make the long 12 hour shifts in the michigan muggy heat feel a bit better. I would say its worth the asking price for this alone. It can also be charged while in use so having an external battery gets me through my long days. It's also fairly quiet but distance conversations can sometimes be hard to hear. Now for the not so good or bad. It will only last about 2 hours. They claim up to 3 hours on the highest setting but the best I have gotten is 2 hours and 20 minutes. This is why I have to carry an external battery pack, with a 3 foot usb c cable running inside my shirt and down to my pocket so I can keep it going all day. I wouldn't really say it's "bad" considering how well it works but I wouldn't mind a little heavier if it meant a longer charge. It will suck in dust. I noticed lower air flow after about a months use and had to blow all the dust out of it. I guess this all depends on where you work.I had a unit failure after about 2 full months of use. It wouldn't power on but was getting current from a charger. I emailed torrass and to my surprise they responded fast and sent out a replacement. The replacement works good so far so I will have to update this if I have anymore issues. I do have to wonder if sweat of condensation can get into the circuitry and damage it but I'm not sure. Abby was very nice and sent me out a new one fast.I'm 6 foot tall and it feels just right but my wife can't stand wearing it as she says it's too bulky and she cant move her neck very well so keep in mind it's rather large and it did get the people at my work chuckling till they seen how much more comfortable I was at work.Overall I love it. I haven't used the heat feature yet so I will try it when it gets colder outside. It works especially well when you have a fan on you as well.

Great for those that run hot and want to beat the heat.
Right out of the box, the Coolify Cyber impressed me with its premium feel and its excellent packaging (I really did not expect the opening experience to feel as nice as it does). Setup was a breeze: it paired effortlessly with my phone via Bluetooth, and the app seamlessly guided me through a firmware update, ensuring everything was up to date.Performance-wise, it works exceptionally well, with a sleek, low-profile design that doesn’t draw unnecessary attention. The fans are powerful but quiet, so they’re effective without being disruptive. And as someone who’s all-in on USB-C, I love that it charges with a single cable. So far, it’s been a fantastic addition to my daily routine! Some additional notes from real world use during the 100 degree heat wave:I agree with other commenters that the fan is most effective indoors or on public transportation. Outside, at least in hot and humid weather, it has a significantly reduced effect, even when run on full blast, so it can't beat everything (might as well run just on the fan to save battery). The cooling effect fighting the heat generates a good amount of condensation, so I highly recommend following the directions and cleaning off the neck areas regularly to prevent unwanted rashes.I also tried the heat function in rooms which were too cold inside and also found it to be quite pleasant and expect it will also help in winter. The weight is not especially significant, and the battery holds up well, ideally run at 80% to help extend the runtime. I have a portable battery, so I'm not especially worried if I need it longer, but without one it does need charging between commutes.

Great improvement over the coolify 2
Finally pulled the trigger and upgraded. I loved the coolify 2 to combat texas heat the only complaints i had on the previous one was it back of neck getting warm and it overheating when you are in direct sunlightOn the coolify 3 it has the back of neck cooling plate along woth the sides so i was alot more comfortable working in 90 degree heat in direct sunlight. Its battery last a good 6 to 8 hrs on the lowest setting i did find the harder it worked the battery would maybe go about 4 to 6 hrs on the lowest. The size fits comfortable on my neck and the noise isnt and at all even on the highest setting. Its not heavy and looks sleek. My only complaint is the new placement of the power button being on the underside vs it being directly on the side. ..The app connection works well and the device is responsive to app adjustments. All in all if you work outside or just spending the day outside this is a good investment l.
