Wicked cushions is always my go to for these sorts of items. This headband protects the fragile mesh of the APM and is very easy to wash. There is an issue of slippage on one's head due to the silicone, but keeping the headset tight should mitigate that enough.

Honestly these are my go to whenever I need to change my Air pods Max with a different style. Very comfortable and easy to clean especially if you wear makeup. They can slip off depending on what you are doing with them but just easily put them back on
